No eggs, lots of eggs, now what?

Our little flock has seemed to be sadly barren for a very long time. We obtained our chickens several months ago and hadn't seen a signel egg.
Today as been a very fruitful day, as far as eggs go.

Turns out the hens had found an enclosure behind the garage and decided to do all their laying there. We turned up quite a clutch! We found 20 uncracked eggs back there, a few more on the other side of yard and watched her lay another in some tall grass on a ledge.

We are delighted and are pleased with the first-egg story we now have. However we have no idea what to do with the eggs.
We keep a rooster to protect the ladies from the cats in the area so chances are the majority of these eggs contain growing embryos.

Thanks in advance for any advice!
