No Eggs or Only Soft Shell

Cocci is caused by a parasitic protozoa in the soil. There are multiple kinds of it. All birds have some of these in their gut similar to how we have E. coli in ours. Their immune systems keep the numbers in check, unless/until the bird is overly stressed or comes in contact with an unknown variety. Then you may see bloody diarrhea which is the most obvious sign. Add Corid to the drinking water (lots of instructions on BYC). Corid starves the Cocci of Vit B by providing a fake Vit B, which gives the birds time to build up an immunity again.

Thanks @Bettyboop7499! They seem to be doing well. Punkin's blood work came back normal except for what you'd expect to see with Coccidosis (elevated Globulin, which the vet said could be due to a viral, parasitic or bacterial infection.) She's improved, as have all the girls. They're so relaxed now! It's amazing at the change in them - personalities and the backs are no longer bare! Rocky's behavior was described by the vet as "trying to keep a bull for a pet. The first year will be good, but once the hormones kick in, they just want to kill you." And he did! Coccidia is a parasite and they get it from infected dirt. So if one has it, all of them probably do.

I'm glad they are doing better.

I ended up with an Ameraucana Rooster...I hope he doesn't get an attitude like Mr. Rooster..he would do serious damage-he is a BEAUTIFUL Rooster and I would just hate to have to get rid of him! He and his flock never really integrated with the rest..they come into the coop at night and as soon as the door open across the pasture they run..and half of them are Big Bramhas but the Silkies have started laying and I'm happy that they are laying in the coop- was scared they start laying in the pasture somewhere!

I truly hope yours continue to get better!
