Not sure what you are trying to ask here.
Do you want to know why they all use the same box? It's very common for a flock to choose one nest box as the favorite. They will even wait in line for their turn to lay.

Do you want to know why they don't sit and try to hatch their eggs? That's called going broody. It's triggered by hormones. Most hatchery sourced breeds have had broodiness bred out.
