No eggs

It has been two weeks since my girls have layed any eggs. We went ahead and got a lamp in place this weekend for insuring they are getting the 14 to 16 hours of light, hoping that would help. Still no eggs. We have 4 girls that are about a year and a half old. And 2 other girls that we got from an awesome farm here in House Springs, MO... ; ). But I am sure they are still in a good laying age. Looking for some pointers and advise.

They may already be molting......
.....and it can take a few weeks, or more, for the added light to have an effect.
