Hey guys hen and her sister have stayed the same size for a while and they about 19 to 20 weeks old when should they lay eggs cause they seem to small to lay eggs

It's gonna be awhile for them. They've got a ways to go the way that combs looking.
But, are you sure they're 19 or 20 week old?

My hen didn’t start until she was like 26 weeks and 6 pounds
