No eggs

I have five hens. Four have been laying for almost 2 months now, but one has not laid eggs yet. She appears to be healthy but don't know what is wrong. Is this normal?

How old? How do you know she's not laying? Every bird matures differently.
If you're in the northern hemisphere, the daylight is decreasing, she may not lay until spring.

It may also be helpful to know the breed(s). Most (11 of 12) of my leghorn and sex linked pullets started laying over a month ago, but I don’t expect my Brahma to lay for another 4-6 weeks because that breed is slower to mature.

I have two pullets I am hoping for, if they start now, they should lay through the winter. If they don't start soon, they will kick in mid January.

She is the only blue rock I have left. A fox got the other blue rock. My other chickens are Marans and they lay a chocolate color egg, darker then the brown egg a rock lays.
