No eggs!

I have 3 hens that were purchased in February. Two of them have been laying for a while now since July. However, I have one that hasn't laid one!

Is it possible that she is sterile? Or maybe she requires more light than the other two? Any ideas?

This may not be much help, but some hens just take longer than others to begin laying eggs.

Are they all the same breed? That's my first question. Sometimes when they are the same breed and their eggs look all the same, you'll have the highest on the pecking order maybe laying everyday, and the 2 lower ones laying every other day.

Yes. There is a thread about a hen that took over a year to lay her first egg, They are indivduals.

The pic in my avatar is our first roo that we culled. LOL!

The oldest one is a RIR and the other 2 are red stars. I know that the RIR is laying and one of the stars.
