My hen has no feathers on her back and butt. She is very dry and flaky and is thin. She hides in the house and is terrified of the roosters. She stays with me when I am outside otherwise hides. She has lice but no mites. Waits to be handfed then will eat like a mad woman. A very nervous girl. What can I do to get healthy and weight gain.

Get rid of the rooster or separate him so he can't torment hens. Hens don't need a rooster to lay eggs. She is not eating because she is nervous. Sounds like she needs some TLC. You can treat her and all your other chicken with Poultry Dust.
