Fortunately the weather cooperates for the next 10-14 days with little rain and a lot of sunshine in the forecast, so that the »panzer practice area« between the house and the duck facility can dry out - i finished the drainage ditch before the accident. So we are fine for now, my wifie could collect all the yummy eggs and the ducks enjoy their new freedom. They love to spend the cold nights outside in the mudd…The duck eggs will be fine for 2 weeks and as long as a predator doesn't wander by, the ducks will be fine too. Remind the Missus she isn't going to be able to help you if she's in the hospital herself. https://www.duckeggs.com/duckeggs-faq.html

that would have been a good explanation. Sadly not the case. Kept tearing cartilage, tendons & muscles. They would go in clean it up, be fine for 6 months sometimes less. Finally got a doctor who had tests done and found my knees tracked on the outside of the knee, reconstructed both but left didn't take, had to remove kneecap. Said I was too young (35-36) for replacement.

I hope you and your family are having a very merry Christmas!
