no green eggs!

I have 2 Americauna, 2 Lg Cochin, and a red sexlink, I was getting 2 green eggs, and three brown. My Americaunas got out of their pen and were both attacked by dogs, they both made it thow one of them has a deformed wing now. My question is why are they laying brown eggs now??
I have a bantum flock and get 1 blue and 2 brown but my green eggs have lost their color!! what happened can stress do that??

Never heard of this, but maybe they're not even laying? If your Ameraucanas are hatchery stock than they are actually EE's- I have heard of them changing egg colors, briefly.
