No hatch eggs

i marked five eggs April 26. Light won’t shine through them. Still haven’t hatched. Is this normal?

What kind of bird did they come from?

Are they in a incubator, under a broody hen, or other?

Chicken. The only set at night. I checked just now all bad. Gots broody hen sitting on five new ones now.

If they were chicken eggs then yes they would be bad

Rooster is a rhode red. Four reds and four buff orps. So either reds or a buff red mix. Hope some of these make it. How do i need to treat the broody? Food and water?

Keep feed and water in the same spot you always keep it and she will come out twice a day to do her routine of eating and drinking

When the chicks hatch you will need to keep only non medicated chick starter available and no other feed and put out a chick waterer for them to drink from

It is 21ish days to hatch chickens. Usually around 24 days, they aren't going to hatch.
