Honey1, welcome to BYC. The TCS here sells incubators. They were carrying layer pellets, I asked the manager and a week later they had them. Speak up, they advertise they carry what we need out here. They will get it.

I think you might be surprized at how much good a letter to the home office will make. If you tell them about your treatment I sure they will make some changes. Never accept rudeness from a store employee. Speak up. CEO's listen.

Yep i totaly agree, i am writing letters all the time. Its a time to vent and fix problems. It seems that most everyone here in North West ohio are so rude (must be the weather) I was at the store and asked where somthing was and the young lady said that she was on break, turned and started to walk away. NOT! I gave her a talking to, and the manager heard from me too. I am just fed up with the rudness!

i boycot tsc because of their lazyness here in deleware oh! i have had lots of issues with the lazy teens they hire! lol i love my local feed store! they get me everything cheaper too!

I've never had a problem with TSC, I go there for everything! They are very curteous to me. They order things for us they don't normally keep in stock also. I buy mostly dog, cat, chicken, parrot food from them. They even went as far as ordering the special parrot pellet food I use, so I don't have to get it elssewhere.

i want to tell you about my last trip to tsc. two nights ago to get feed. me, a cart and six 50lb bags. manager and another male employee standing at desk about 15 from feed. both turned to watch me load my cart. not one person said hello to me while i was there. i was then checked out by the manager, who was now doing the same thing he was doing in the back of the store... o ya nothing. no one asked if i needed help or anything. the lady behind me wanted one of the christmas light horses. what's that way ten lbs.... in a box? so i went out and loaded my six bags into the back of my jeep. returned the cart into the store.... no racks in lot for carts. as i was leaving i saw them carring out the box with the christmas light horse to this ladies car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!
before i left my house, i asked my husband if he would go with me because they don't help there. but he couldn't he was in the middle of splitting wood. but i already knew before i left the house.....i was on my own.

Lazy knuckleheaded clerks, When that happens to me and it has. I just get up in their face use my best SGT Major voice until they get my stuff or start crying, works most of the time.

I dont' shop at TSC unless I have too. I almost never get any help, and the clerks spend more time talking to each other than to me when I check out. They don't deliver, and they don't help you carry heavy stuff to your car.

Tip: short sell their stock!

You can buy the same incubator from Amazon and they'll deliver it two-day air. And you can sometimes get a great deal on "used" equipment there too.
