Heheh! DH got "bitten" when I informed him that I was planning a new coop and run. I also informed him that he didn't have to lift a finger, I would build/do it all. However... engineer, OCD carpenter, asthetic/structural guru that he is.... well, you can guess. Although Easter weekend was the ETB (estimated time to build), he sketched/dimensioned and requested clarification of my specs for several days last week. Then we went to Lowe's on Friday. And measured, cut, joined, painted and constructed on Saturday and part of Sunday. DD helped and we now have a mostly complete coop in the garage! And of course DD is pipping and peeping at me to "Go get the new chicks!" I've got a couple on "hold" and am hoping to get 2 more to fill the coop. Now to get the run area fenced in.... Happy Early Easter to me! And yes, I will be posting on the coop section soon, but I'm just all a-flutter, so I had to crow! [IMG]

I'm BFeathered's DD, and I can't wait to get the chickens!!
It took a little persuading to get my dad to let us get more chickens. I'm bugging the snot out of my mom, so if anyone could help support me in my getting chickens this week, that would be awesome!! Thanks! [IMG]
