No One Wants My Ducks... :-(

Hi everyone. New here at this great place! I finally joined after months of reading on this site. Unfortunately I have to rehome my ducks because I have to move out of state. I listed my ad in the proper area, I think, but no ones answering.:( Me and my family have to move before this month ends and I'm really getting nervous about no responses. Are there any other areas or agencies I can contact for help? Can you mail livestock? I live in Florida and only 1 person showed interest but she lives in North Carolina. I have 5 pekin ducks, had 6 but a friend took her favorite as a in house pet, duck will be spoiled rotten for sure. Any help or advice would be really appreciated. I called the nearest wildlife place and they said they couldn't take them. Thanks
My mom said she will ask a friend of hers to see if she wants them. She can also post about them on facebook and we can contact you if we find someone who will care for them and not harm them?

Requirements aren't much, especially since I'm in the situation I'm in but first and foremost I want them in a safe place away from predators, especially dogs. These are pets and not food. All 5 were rescued from horrible conditions and I would just like them to stay together if possible or atleast the boys together and the girls together since they have bonded well. They were raised around a pond and spend most days free ranging in it. The oldest female is about 5 years old I think, the males are 10 months, other 2 females about 8 months & 1 1/2 years. They all eat 16 % protein feed with fresh lettuce and brewers yeast daily, along with poultry vitamins. The youngest is slow to pick up weight for me so I'm watching her closely and providing more protein, peas & calcium daily. All appear to be in great shape especially the males. I just want them in a safe protected environment free to roam and enjoy the rest of their days.

Unfortunately, if you have too many requirements, you may have a hard time finding them a home. Once they leave your place, they are no longer yours. I hope you can find someone willing to take them in as pets, but it might be best if you just don't ask questions to whomever takes them.
