Just dont turn the eggs while the others are hatching. I wont hurt them especially if they are tward the end of incubation. Once one of the chicks hatchs thoes eggs will get kicked around a whole bunch. LOL And yes I have done it many many times before.

Yes you shouldn't have different hatch times in the same incubator, unless you have a separate incubator for the hatching (since the hatching needs different conditions). The best you can do now is damage control...

Mine came 5 days early! I turned them right until the first one pipped then stopped. Today I have 5 healthy babies and 3 more to go!!

Turn the eggs, I did not even know about that rule during the last hatch, and had 98% hatch rate!!!
