NO SHELL ON EGG!!!!

I was collecting my chickens eggs this morning. I found an egg with no shell. We have not had any problems and their eggs have had hard shells. They are 25 weeks old and they have only been laying for a couple of eggs. Is she going to be ok? What can I do??? HELP ME PLEASE!

I am feeding her layer feed and giving her the option of oyster shells.

From what I've heard, this just happens sometimes. I wouldn't worry unless you get more than one.

New layers often have glitches while their bodies figure it all out. I would just keep an eye on her, make sure she is acting normally otherwise.
