but i want to know what kind of medication should i use and how long im suppost to put medication, i know some people said vinegar, lime, but please i want something real good , thank you

Medications, in my mind, are for treating some sort of malady. If your chickens aren't sick, there is nothing I can recommend for prophylactically treating an unknown illness.
So basically, there isn't anything you are SUPPOSED to use nor for any predetermined length of time.
Some people use organic ACV in the water occasionally. I have done so in the past but I think its main value comes from keeping the water founts from getting slimy and from acidifying the system which can help with calcium utilization and helping the kidneys in cases of excessive calcium. It also adds enzymes but if using regular distilled pasteurized vinegar, it does nothing beneficial.
I add ag lime to their dust baths along with sand, soil, wood ashes and sometimes diatomaceous earth.
Birds that start healthy and are fed primarily a fresh chicken feed should have all the nutrition they need to stay healthy. No medications are necessary. An occasional vitamin/mineral supplement like Nutri-Drench may help if gathering eggs for hatching.
Commercial egg and broiler operations do use things like chemical compounds, probiotics, antibiotics and even arsenic, but that is because their stocking densities are too high for that many birds to stay healthy.
Just a steady supply of clean fresh water and fresh feed. It is that simple.

Something else that I thought of that can enhance health are probiotics. There is a product called Gro2Max that is formulated specifically for chickens.

X2

Use for what? Your birds are healthy.

This.....the overuse and misuse of medications (ie on birds tthst are not ill) leads to issues of drug resistant strains of illnesd. The best preventative medicine is good flock management, proper nutrition and proper keeping of the environment they are in.

For virtually all animals in the world, if they start healthy, are given clean, well ventilated environments, good nutrition and clean fresh water - they don't need any sort of medication to stay healthy. Chickens' ancestors, red jungle fowl, needed no medication of any kind to survive for millions of years and be the source of hundreds of breeds of chickens that flourish on every continent except Antarctica.
IMHO, an over dependence on meds will be the birds' and our downfall.
