No sign of life in eggs

So the eggs under my hen have been under her since Friday and when I candled them today I couldn't see any blood vessels however I thought the yoke looked big in a few of the eggs...should I wait longer or should I have seen blood vessels by now ?

Friday?? Like almost 3 days ago? I think you better wait a few more days then try again.

I agree. I'd wait until they've been under her for a week at least.
