very lethargic and is having trouble balancing.

She hasn’t laid in a few months. She is 8+ Years old

Poop is green/yellow and runny.

I’ve been feeding her smoothies through a syringe, and she still drinks on her own but I have to keep the water right next to her.
She can barely hold herself up.

Does anyone have experience with EYP - egg yolk peritonitis? Almost certain with is what I’m dealing with

Need to drain her abdomen ASAP. It’s more distended than it was a couple days ago but not crazy. Would not want to do this by myself but with no other options what do I do?

Could be a reproductive disorder. EYP, cancer, tumors, etc. can be common.
Does the abdomen feel like it has fluid? If so, then draining may make her more comfortable for a short period of time.

I agee with Wyorp Rock. At her advanced age, those things are common. Draining the abdomen is not without risk, but it can ease breathing and help pain.
