No Tail EE, and Sister sooo different?

These EE chicks are a little over 6 weeks old and one of them has no tail, and they are sooo different from each other. Size if different, feather shape is different, tail/no tail. I know EE's are not pure bred and will segregate, but these are extreme? I got them from the feed store and they were shipped from Ideal. What do you think???
