Noisy chickens - help

just keep them in their coop till 11 am if they are doing it mostly at night, or is the sound heard through the coop walls?

Mine have been doing their alarmed cackle alot this week. There are some crows making a ruckus in the neighborhood and it's scaring my girls. I guess they remember during the spring the crows made that sound whenever a hawk came around their nests. Now it's the crows trying to steal from the bluejay's nests, but the hens assume their is a hawk.

I'm starting to get tired of it. I hope all of my neighbors are at work.

I have three RIR and two just started laying this week. One is quiet, no song from her but the other is really loud. My neighbor is close by and she starts the noise at 6-7am. I just moved her to the garage and hopefully she starts making less noise and at a later time too. If not, I will have to find her a new home. I'm hoping so badly that she does quiet down and get used to egg laying without the loud noise.
