Non broody hens

I have two black spanish hens. One hen has been laying a month and the second about two months. I have hatch some in an incubator but I would like them to hatch some. I have one nest box they have been laying in and about 15 eggs in it. If they don't go broody I will probably pull the eggs. I been searching the threads but can not find any info. Can you help a hen go broody or is it just wait and see. Any info about this subject would be greatly appreciated. Do they only go broody when they have a large clutch.

Hens will not always go broody it depends on the breed, they will also go when they feel.
