Interesting add advertising non-crowing rooster...I'm not interested in purchasing him (too risky), but do you think that this is actually true/possible?

I have a rooster that can be kept in the city. His crow is messed up and he remains silent when trying to crow. If you live in the city or want a breeding pair of chickens w/o the rooster crowing this is your deal. The rooster is gorgeous and the pair of them are extremely healthy. They are a dominique breeding pair that have been kept together for several months. Hen is 6 months and rooster is 1 y.o. $40 for the pair.
