Well, the roosters are already starting earlier! They used to wait until almost 8, now they are starting around 6:30! So, we are going to start putting them in the cock box, at least on the weekends. We want to keep the peace with the neighbors and we know they like to sleep in on the weekends. I don't think everyone minds so much during the weekdays as everyone in the few houses around us are all leaving for work around the same time. However, if they start going much earlier than 6:30 on the weekdays, we will use the cock box consistently. The only time we don't hear them is when it is raining or snowing in the morning - ahhh, then all is so quiet.
