Non GMO/Corn/Soy chick starter. Now SUPER smelly diarrhea?

I prefer to use natural and organic feed for my birds, so I started my up-growing layer flock non-GMO/corn/soy with the Scratch and Peck organic starter. Since then, I've noticed they have been pooping soft and really smelly droppings. Why?

Mine have done fine on it.. but I notice recently many of my birds started that.. You are not too far from me. I also noticed Geese migrating early. It might be bug.
