does anyone have good recommendations for a non medicated duckling grower feed (approx 16% protein) that I can order & that comes in a smaller bag than 50 lbs?

I have a 2 week old duckling that is currently eating non medicated starter feed with 18% protein and once she's about 4 weeks or so, I want to switch her to something with a little lower protein level. In Storey's Guide to Raising Ducks, Holderread said that once ducklings are 3 weeks old, they can be switched to a 15-16% protein feed if they're going to be kept as pets and not fattened up for market, and to help reduce the risk of angel wing and other issues that can occur from high protein levels in their food.

Not sure that's necessary, but what you want to avoid are layer feeds until she's old enough to lay.
