Non-responsive

Help! My girl flopped over on her side and was laying on the ground non-responsive. We’ve been holding her and she’s breathing and moving a little now and then. She’s opened her eyes a few times. She’s responding a little now, but there’s obviously something really wrong! Any ideas?
