I think I’m worthy,
don’t know what to offer up;
Ego is AWOL.

F*E*A*R kept me restrained,
heart was locked in the closet;
still haven’t found keys

Removed the hinge pins
pulled the door out of the frame
heart hid from bright light

I love good Chex Mix.
Too bad I'm GF; so, darn!
That means no Wheat Chex.

Wheat Chex was the tastiest.
Chex Mix not the same.

GF pretzels, yum;
So there is hope for me yet.
Mix is good with those.
