fleeting moment of oneness

Sometimes we listen
most of the time I fly blind
what will I hit next?

The blinding silence,
Darkness so suffocating;
"Watch out for that tree!"

Finished off coffee,
Dinner, was a midnight snack;
To bed, soon enough...

Nor has it been just pleasant;
