Hi everyone! I'm new to this site and sort of new to chickens ...it's been a few years (grew up on a farm, etc.). I just wanted to introduce myself and the beginnings of my new chicken adventure...
I'm Aminah ..wife, mother of 2 grown kids in college, student, artist, and Zookeeper! (I'll have to find a pic of myself ..or take a new one.)
This is Oberon and Titania ..aka. Obe and Tahti...

Obe ..5 weeks
Tahti ...5 weeks
Obe and Tahti ..9 weeks ...learning to fold clothes
Oberon is doing a full blown "cockadoodledoo" for us now ..and I've yet to grow tired of it. Titania is making some "Ileftyousomething" cackles herself, but she's got a ways to go before she really did..
I'm working on several diaper/harness styles for them now, since they spend a good deal of time inside ...Bay Area weather is strange, y'know.
When I'm not busy with the chickens, I have several rescued exotic "kids" here ..reptiles, furries and some arachnids, etc. It's a ZOO, but there are critters out there that need rehab, recovery, and hospice ..that don't woof or mew.
Oh ..and there's 18 Silver Ameraucana eggs in my inc'ys, too!
