You don't have to use the service, Carri. In my second post, several of the sites include the very same balloons that the delivery service is using. This only means that they have the same source of balloons. So, you have two options - find a local place - the place with the greatest number of balloons - and ask them if they can get the balloons you want OR, you just use the online sources for the uninflated balloons and do it yourself or take it to a place that will inflate for a fee.

If you go back to Google and use "wholesale chicken balloon" (without quotes) for your search term, you'll find many options - including the same ones from the service, like from this place:

The white chicken is only $1.49 plus shipping. There is also a yellow chick for $1.89. You don't need ALL of the balloons to be chickens and can certainly color coordinate regular balloons to keep the cost down.

If I was searching it, I'd go to/call a place like Party City and ask if they can get these same ones. If they can't, ask them what they'd charge you to fill OR enquire about renting a helium tank for the day.
