The 2 yellow turkey chicks in the 1st hatch have a bit of an orange pattern on their head very similar pattern to my bronze turkey chick.

The chick in the 2nd picture has no patteren at all and has a very light yellow/white head and body.

Are they the same or does one of other have different genetics because it's not growing as fast as the other white ones did with the orange heads?

White broad-breasted varieties have orange heads while Royal Palms don't.

You are just going to have to wait until they get their mature feathers.
