Normal behavior for mixed flock?

Is this normal mixed flock behavior or are they indeed very indoor temperature acclimated to the actual pancake and feathers melting point upon direct exposure to sunlight ?
Still a great possibility they are mixed with a bit of rare vampire breed poultry in my novice opinion. -

Mine usually do it in the dirt. I call it a dirt nap. You have some classy chickens napping on the porch and keeping clean!
