Normal cockerel behavior?

First time mom here. Is it normal for my cockerel to be really calm compared to my pullets? He seems too relaxed, if that’s a thing. Here’s a pic of him, he is a frizzle cochin. Thanks!

You know how when you have a son you think "aww my sweet little boy"and then he becomes a teenager. Then your thoughts become "WTH happened?! Your just like your father" yeah. Same with cockerels.

I have 2 teens so I totally get that. He’s in his sweet stage
