Normal colors for a red pyle old English game rooster?

My red pyle org rooster has the red and the white but 3-4 feathers are black! Is that normal?

I've gotten red pyle oegs in assortments from McMurray and other hatcheries, a lot of them had stray feathers of other colors, so I would say it is common or not unusual in hatchery birds.... probably incorrect for show.
