Normal for 4w old white silver-based silkie chick to have yellow beak?

Im buying chicks from this breeder and i was wondering if the yellow in this chicks beak was normal? will it darker overtime? i would love some opinions

I remember having chicks’ beaks darken. They weren’t silkies though, and I don’t think their beaks were quite that yellow.
