Normal Molting?

My buff has this on her neck/chest. I'm hoping its normal molting, but it looks a little flaky. No blood present. No bullying that I have witnessed. Happy chickens...worry wart mom.

It looks as if one of her flock mates is feather plucking/eating her feathers.

You may have to watch them for a while to see who is doing it.

This can be caused by stress, crowding, or a lack of sufficient protein in the diet.

What type of feed are they on?
