Normal or not?

I have a weird hatch in progress..............yesterday morning a chick hatched, despite it only being barely day 20. (I now remember I had a broody sporadically sitting so that explains that). I candled the other two yesterday at 10 in the morning. One looked normal except the veins were receding, the other had a dipped air cell as well as shadowing in the air cell. (Not the triangular looking shadow, just a 'layer' of the air cell darker in color and going up and down in breathing motions). Still no external pips today. I set them the late evening of June 3rd. Should I make a safety hole?

I ended up getting a baby chick from a friend to keep the first one company. The other two I put safety holes in yesterday, but still no pips. A little movement though. I may candle again.
