normal poop or should I be concerned?

I have 12 baby chicks that are almost two weeks old, today I noticed some has Dirreaha and one looked like it may had worms in it (im not sure) what should I do to be on safe side? or should I wait a couple days and see.
 
This is in a box when I was cleaning out the brooder

Chicks that young do not have worms. If they were 5+ weeks old and reared on soil, then yes, worms could be a problem.

Are you putting any vitamin/mineral additives in their water? If so, stop.

I normally feed chicks medicated chick starter and only once did I see a similar issue with them having diarrhea like that, and it was constant.
I stopped the medicated chick starter and switched to non-medicated chick starter feed. Problem solved, no more diarrhea.
