It's very good, chex cereal, peanut butter & chocolate coating then dusted in powdered sugar. Also known in the south as "white trash".

I got some recently at the store, chex mix is now selling it themselves. Not bad for bag instead of homemade.

I just put my first ever batch of gingerbread dough in the fridge to set....

hoping it turns out okay...I have never made them before, so we'll see!!

I wonder if chickens will eat gingerbread?!?

Hey everybody

Wanted to tell you that my lil pullet Mabel seems to be doing better, 9 days til I worm again and hopefully all will be better then.

NH- still praying for little susan to get better, she may also be sleeping in the nest box cause its more comfy. Hopefully she'll be flying/running around the yard again before to long

. O and have fun baking!

Bhep- I'll take that bet, if you can shut that bator down, I'll come do chicken chores for a month!

CSB- I know how you feel, 5 days to Christmas

the holidays just sneak up on you! I spent last nite scrambling around hanging lights!

G&A- Congrats on all the new chicks! And

for all the hatching left!

Walnut brownies
Hay stacks
Chex mix
And Yogurt covered pretzels!

Alright well I'm off to bake and pray that it doesn't rain today!

My "White Trash" is made with
M & M's, pretzels, rice chex, peanuts
and white chocolate! I prefer to call
it White Christmas!

Chocolate Chip cookies
Sugar cookies(drop cookies...I HATE doing cut outs)
Thumbprint cookies
Resee Cups
Double-Fudge Rasberry mini cakes covered in chocolate
mini-M&M cookeis

Individual PB pies.

I'm also working on a big batch of butter to give out to family from out of town. Then I'm making buttermilk pies with all the buttermilk.

3-4 batches of yeast/dinner rolls for the ham/cheese sammiches for Christmas.

Just wanted to say hello to everyone in NC, I am currently in fayetteville and doing a little backyard operation. Currently residing in the yard is 3 cinnamon queens (breakfast, lunchbox, and dinner) and 3 buff orpingtons (unnamed) and my indoor colony of 2 adolescent black silkies and 9-5day old silkie chicks (2 blue, 3 partridge, and 4 splash) I'll put pictures up soon.
