BLAH!!! I'm having the WORST time with my light brahma babies....first one was getting trampled by the other babies in the pen and had to bring it in and hand feed it and get it going again....then last nnight I notice the same one and the other light brahma getting stepped on a acting weak, needless to say they are in the house in a tote being hand fed and watered. Can't catch a break =(

anywho: Happy humpday and thanks for the phone call last night Hollow, and HAPPY being married longer than I've been alive! hehe

NH don't know if you can feed it but it has happened before with horse feed, if any of it along the way gets moisture or wet. if you have kitchen scraps (tomatoes, grass, bread) that will tied them over some

hahahaha, my parents got a few years on you, I guess they just started late hahahahaha. I think they just had their 33rd or 34th anniversary....you ain't old until you're not breathing!

good! thanks for asking! there is always something to fix or build or improve on. I actually don't have as many birds as i used to....I think only 7 laying hens (1 is broody sitting on 8 eggs) 2 sweds, 2 light brahmas, 3 dark brahmas, and 2 barred cochins. I think we've decided to go for only certain breeds and get NPIP certified and do some hatching and maybe get some show quality birds out of the deal.....How's the new digs in raleigh?

Good Morning, Everyone! A late good morning, though. Finally slept last night...and slept in seriously. Then got all the chores done, and ended up on the phone with my MIL for a while.

Today is our anniversary. 31 years today. I find it amazing. We have said for years that the reason we stick together is that there isn't anyone else out there who would put up with either one of us! But I really wouldn't trade him in. I got one of the good guys.

CSB, you are a tough lady to deal with middle schoolers. No way, no how, would I deal with them. Nope. Not happening. One at a time, sure. In packs? Horrors! You are a better woman than I am!

I'm not going in today, as I have company coming on Friday and I have a decidedly dirty house. Must clean the house. My most hated chore ever. Ugh.
