Good Morning, Happy People!

And a happy Christmas Eve to you, too!

DD wanted to go up to the big antique store in Dunn yesterday, so that's how we spent half the day. But she got a few cool things, and I got a chicken candy dish which I will use as a butter dish.

The furnace is still working!

House chicken has a name now. I'm calling her Bonnet, as she looks to be wearing one...or in need of one!...with her scalped head. Maybe by New Year's she can go back out and be a chicken.

Lots to do today, so have a great day, everyone!

If you can find some Nu stock at your feed store it is great for helping those feathers grow back in fast, my li bantan frizzles head was scalped and I started using it and they have grown in so nice. also helps to heal Bumble foot.

we have a mandarin breeding pair, a white cheek bahama pintail breeding pair, 3 flower hens, 2 Maran hens (one is standard black and white, the other is a golden) and 1 hen Im still trying to figure out the type of breed lol. Then we have a mini rex rabbit, 2 snakes, a husky and mini schnauzer

How's it for growing skin? She was literally scalped. The whole top of her skull is exposed.. Or was. The skin is actually growing over quite quickly!

Works really good for growing skin and feathers. one nce thing about it is the taste, it has pine tar and sulphur in it so they don't like the taste and won't pick on it, plus she'll have a cute lil yellow head.
