WHEW! Finally home and settled in! Had a great time meeting everyone. Hopefulle there will be a show over on this side of the state soon! With only 1 duck, I'd have brought both Lucky and Spike! ...Here is Griz (bit of a name change) I cut some of the dreadlocks out of his mane, and now he is snoozing in his crate. Thanks Em, for him. Thanks Miss Lydia for the eggs! And thanks for being a bunch of kick a$$ peeps!

Miss Lydia~~great to finally talk to you in person; sure wish you'd have found some new birds to take home. I never did make it to the parking lot to see what was for sale

I always enjoy spending time with Tonya, Kevin, & Cheyenne (who is NOT a little girl )
And though they don't come on BYC~~always good to see Cheryl & Becky

Know I'm leaving someone out, but I'll have to blame it on my 4 hrs of sleep...and age.
I've never talked so much at a show before, and still did not get to talk to everyone enough....theres always Unifor in 3 weeks !!

I suppose a thanks should go to Brian and the Friendship Poultry Club for hosting such a nice event~~thanks

I think you are just judging us based on my husbands egg buying prowess.

Really enjoyed meeting everyone. Can't wait until tomorrow when I can go outside and get some pictures of all my new guys and sit and watch them awhile. I was just too tired today. I set up the ground pen we bought to quarantine them, gave everybody some food and water and took a NAP!

ETA: Griz looks like a NEW dog! SO GLAD he found a great home.

I got there right at 11AM when everyone was set for the picture. I only meet few BYC fellow members and I only bought one hen. By the time I got there, was not much left. I was hopping to find one Silver Seabright hen and one Mille Fleur D'Uccle or D'anver hen or pullet, but I was not very lucky this time. Can anyone tell me if there where any seabrights or mille fleur for sale? I will try my luck again on the 5th and this time I'll make sure to be there early. I'm hoping then to meet more of you.
