Thanks. I live up in the mountians so I was waiting all day for the storm to leaveSo sorry for your loss! That was a freak accident. The weather is bad here right now. I'm 15 minutes from the coast, so I've been waiting all day for this storm to get here. Hopefully we don't float away!![]()
The week just wouldn't feel right if IThe storms blew through here quick and harmlessly. Some wind, some rain and some lightening.
I was too busy chit chatting with RF & CSB to really even notice.![]()
and a rooster who will take a 1 day old baby of any type to a month or so old baby is worth twice his weight in goldStick a couple pipped eggs under her to hatch. If she actually hatchs a couple there is a MUCH better chance of her adopting chicks. I have had hens broody for 4 days and I gave them chicks. Daisy got her's 2 years ago after 4 days when another hen rejected and that hen actually set the eggs the entire time. A good broody that will adopt is worth her weight in gold.
Matt
I have one of those. I love that thing. Can't you just plant yours?everything here looks ok, except for my huge purple butterfly bush is on its side. Might be because its in a planter box(they are suppose to be slow growing, well in full sun and horse manure they grow REALLY fast) So I need to find a new home for it, which is going to be a two to three person job
