Good morning folks and welcome to all the new folks too

it's amusing how doctors pass out "due dates" like they
are THE day the baby arrives when in all reality that
baby gets here on their time schedule and the doctor
gets in a lucky estimate once in awhile. I went over the
due date by 10 days and more with all 3 of our girls. They
arrived when they wanted and this Saturday DD#1 and DD#3
celebrate their day......and yes........both born on a Friday......
5 years apart

couldn't have planned that one

so I need to bake up 2 cakes

funny you say that about the docs, The GF and I were actually talking about it yesterday. She told me that it was only like 1 or 2 % of babies are actually born on their "due date". So, the "due date" is the 13th of May but I have the bag packed and am near my phone at all times for the next 4 weeks or so......But happy birthday to both of yours!
