Good morning everyone
Cage cleaning and repairing on my list today. Might burn off a brush pile. Cutting down trees and vines, so I can start clearing an area for a large garden with space for fruit trees and grape vines. Gonna take a lot of work to get it ready for spring. Gotta try to find all the leaky spots in my barn and patch those up... gonna be a busy day

Ditto.  My DH knows far better than to do such a thing! He may complain about them occasionally, but he knows better than to do something so mean.  I'm really sorry you are going through such a hard time.

Ditto to both of u guys posts. My guy respects my stuff and birds, and he likes to eat eggs. It wouldnt even occur to him to get rid of my birds. Of course i have been married and divorced twice, this one seems to be a keeper...

Hi everyone. He hasn't said anything else to me about it and he better not or his bow might just up and disappear for a bit. Thanks to all my ladies here who support my opinion! Oh and if anyone knows of anywhere hiring near BAILEY let me know. Substituting aint going to cut it this year. They took the teachers assistants they laid off and put them on the sub list so yhey are going to have first dibs on opportunities! i swear I regret wasting all that money I spent on college for an elementary education degree i really wish i had finished my forestry major! Seems like I will never find a full time job doing what I love!

I've heard there is a buying thread on here, I don't quite understand it. Is there one for North Carolina?

I'm looking to buy some eggs this week--

Ameraucanas, preferably blue or lavender, but will take another color as long as it isn't brown
Exhibition quality (or at least higher than hatchery quality) Golden laced Wyandotte (would consider silver)
And less likely, but I'm interested in some Cream Legbars as well.

My Blue Isbars and Blue Marans should be here Wednesday, looking to load the incubator Thursday.
