Couple questions--
I have like 400 eggs from the past month, can't go through them quick enough.
3. Anyone know any recipes off hand that use up a ton of eggs, but not like a frittata or anything I hate anything that resembles the taste of scrambled eggs or omelet.

My favorite is spinach quiche, cheesecake and vanilla custard.

If you are adventurous you could try making French Macarons and lemon curd for filling!
