What do you do with all these crosses, farmraised? Are they pets, hobby? What is the purpose behind these breedings?

all of the above they are pets I spend a lot of time with all my animals but the crosses are just hobby/projects but I have a huge project in mind using a few breeds that will take years to get the results I want but that's staying hush hush for now I crossed the gold sebright with the modern simply because there have been so many people talking about and showing interest in that cross and at a day old they are already VERY cool birds all came out looking the same too black with gold heads right now and looks like they may get longh legs too. I plan on taking my mainland JF x yokohama roo to the rest of the mixes to get a wild look

I have polish and silkies in a pen together. Partridge, white, splash silkies. And golden laced, buff laced, white, and tolbunt frizzel polish birds. I want to try and get a very well distributed tolbunt polish. And a blue frizzel silkie . I am sure better people have tried, but I am going to keep incubating and see what I get.

I was out of town, else I would have posted. I took my iPad, but not a charger!

Hubby got a LOT of work done on the newest, and last, chicken house while I was gone. Roof in on, and he's ordering the siding lumber. Won't be long now!

It's been a busy weekend here too so not much time
spent on a computer....sorry about that. Glad to see
you home safe and sound Hollow.....Wil asked about
you today....wanting to know if you was coming to the
picnic.

Good morning folks

Just today and tomorrow and then the bus is tucked
away for a couple months and I have freedom to get
some things done......right after the US Open golf tournament.
I volunteered to drive a bus to take volunteers from the
school to work there. The schools are where I do a lot
of my volunteer time/work.
