Off topic of chickens I'm looking for broken fridges to breed fishing worms in and millworms for my birds

Can't help you, but if you don't find any, I use 18 gallon Rubbermaid storage totes for my worms.
I do redworms, not sure if that makes a difference.
My husband used to raise fishing worms in Styrofoam coolers when he was a kid.
Freecycle.org is a good place to start when looking for things like that.
I don't have time for a yardsale I'm always posting all my stuff for free on there and people come and get it.

thanks ill check that out... I raised and sold fishing worms in FL when I was 9, it payed for stuff my parents wouldn't buy me that and I used my moms sewing machine to make pillows and sold them door to door to the elderly folks I was a little money man

So excited today! Going to pick up 8 laying hens and a roo. Woman didn't know the breeds and couldn't send pics. But I love surprises! It'll be nice to be getting eggs again. Ive had broody Silkie central going on. Lol not one egg for me.
