This is suppose to be my black Cochin Bantam rooster, when I breed him to this black Cochin hen and blue Cochin hen they come out black and blue with no white when grown! Is the white feathers just a thing he has?! Thanks in advance for the replies!

it has to do with genetics. he carries birchen alleles. and thats the silver gene expressing itself. the offspring will carry it and at some point it will show up.

As said above, he is a birchen not a black. How old are the offspring from this cross, if not fully mature they could still have it show up. I don't tend to count a birds color as set until after it's first adult molt. Even then some will still change a little. If you take his daugthers back to him, their offspring should express the birchen color. If you cross the offspring you have now with each other, some of their off spring could show it as well.
